Prior to visiting Jim & Son's I was quoted outrageous prices to repair my transmission at two other local shops. I called Jim & Son's and spoke to Wayne. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I scheduled an appointment. A week later I was returned my truck and my costs were $1500 LESS than the other two shops. They even picked me up!!!! His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive.
