I requested a speedometer gear change since I had rear end gears put in. Transmission still leaks out of rear. I was given a sleeve to put in the yoke for me to install myself. No offer to fix it after I was charged $600.00. Futhermore after recently changing my transmission crossmember for a dual exhaust , I see no evidence that the transmission was ever removed. Pretty much impossible to fix pump seals without removing the transmission. Furthermore my speedometer quits working when it reaches a certain speed and is still off by 10 mph.I also see no evidence of the “speedometer adapter he supposedly installed.

Prior to visiting Jim & Son's I was quoted outrageous prices to repair my transmission at two other local shops. I called Jim & Son's and spoke to Wayne. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I scheduled an appointment. A week later I was returned my truck and my costs were $1500 LESS than the other two shops. They even picked me up!!!! His service is great, he stays in touch with you every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. He also worked with me so I could pay for the repairs - both cv joints and a ball joint. I highly recommend Brian's Automotive. I plan to go back many times over the next few months to get my 13 year old car in tip top order again! He absolutely has a new loyal customer in me!
