My wife was given a 2004 Lexus ES300 by her mother.  It had sat for about year before my wife started driving it.  Although the car was in great shape we soon learned that it needed a brak job.  We took it to a dealership in Delaware, Ohio and were given an estimate of almost 1/2 the cars value.  I decided to go online and look for another mechanic in the Delaware area.  Boy was I glad I did.  I read a bunch of reviews about James Church and his staff at Oxford Automotive and decided to contact him to discuss our issues.  He was very careful to not badmouth the dealership I took the car to, which was clearly due to his Faith.  He suggested I bring the car in and he would give us PT Crusier rental car for a set one time price that is equal to a daily price from rental agencies.  Long story short, he was able to fix all of our issues and them some and still save us over $500 from what the dealership was quoting.  He also made suggestions as to what might be needed in the future but never once pushed to have it done immediately.  The entire staff we dealt with was so nice and proefssional which was quite refreshihng.  This is one place that does business the old fashioned way and we were so appreciative of the honesty and quality of work.  Thanks so much James, and also thank your staff for us!

Oxford Automotive has taken care of us on a 2000 Volvo and a 2005 Ford Escape. We will continue to use them and we definitely recommend them. They have an impressive shop, they communicate well and are fair on their price. They do very good work, honest and friendly.The PT cruiser loaner vehicle was very helpful and handy for us. .

The mechanics at Oxford Auto are extremely customer friendly, work hard, have fair pricing, and do EXCELLENT work. I moved across the county (from 5 minutes away to about 30 minutes away)... and I would NOT take my car anywhere else. They ALWAYS provide the best service possible. The mechanics care about their work, their customers, and their reputation (something that doesn't always happen these days). I HIGHLY recommend Oxford Automotive to anyone with NO reservations!
