I took my high miles Honda motor to Performance Clinic to have a basic rebuild done, trying to get it back to near-stock conditions. When I got the motor back and put it into my car, nothing, and I mean NOTHING, worked properly unless it was something I had done myself. When I added fluids, they immediately started leaking out of the head gasket. I checked the torque on all of the head bolts and they were all correct, meaning that the guys at PC didn't level the head and block deck properly. I tried to start the car and it wouldn't start. Come to find out they installed the timing belt with the crank shaft 180 degrees out of time. When I called to talk to them about this, their response was "Well, we didn't know you wanted us to time it too." 
Maybe it's just me, but if you're installing a timing belt on an engine, you make sure the crank is in time with the cams. 
When I went to install the intake manifold, I discovered that most of the studs were not installed properly and began to pull out when tightening the nuts to the recommended torque. 
The list goes on and on. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. They charged me nearly $2500 to ruin my engine.
