They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

My buddy bought from R&R this year and had a great experience, so we hopped on their site. They had a nice Toyota Sienna, even the color I like. We came up ( over an hour drive ), drove it, liked it and bought it. No Hassles , no high pressure sales tactics. These Guys are the Best! Even had a CarFax and service records. I couldn’t ask for more!

I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Price and service was transparent. Definitely using Wrench again. Andy W.
