My husband called and made an appt to get the oil changed on the car, but when he showed up for his appt the man at the counter insisted they did not have an appt booked. That in and of itself would have been ok except, the man at the counter was rude, brusque, and refused to try to accommodate my husband despite it being their problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone - especially a person of color (my husband is from India). At the very least they need to drastically improve their customer service. Not what I have come to expect from an AAA certified establishment.

My vehicle was put back together as if the wreck never happened.  The folks at ASI are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about every aspect of a vehicle.  I am extremely satisfied and feel completely safe in my vehicle, knowing it was fixed correctly.  They have earned my business for life!
