  • January 31, 2018......I towed my car in with a transmission and starti... read more January 31, 2018......I towed my car in with a transmission and starting problem. . I was told the problem was my starter and a tube had come loose in the transmission. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee $494 later I was on my way. I might mention that I am handicapped and was not offered help removing the car from the tow bar though an employee outside did help when I picked it up. Well...The problem has returned. The same issue starting as when I was told the starter needed replaced. I called today 7/23/18 I called to let them know the car won't start and was told there is a one-year warranty on parts but only 6 months on labor and that mine is past the six months. From 1/31/18 to 7/23/18 .... not quite six months, someone needs to buy a calculator. The person I spoke to is Todd. He seems to hate the world. I called back to let him know that it was not six months from January and he decided to argue about the date when I told him I brought it in. He should have pulled it up and had the records in front of him. I don't trust Kevin's now and won't be going back for this repair. I feel Kevin’s, or I should say Todd needs to work on his people skills. With so much competition out there today, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the only way to survive. Losing a future customer for me, my family and anyone else that reads this and decides to go elsewhere over a simple starter problem which in all actuality should have been covered is no way to keep and get new customers. I am very disappointed in my handling as a current customer and will never be a repeat. I hope you don't have to follow up on any work done. It seems once Kevin gets your money they don't want to stand behind their work. BEWARE!!!!

    2 years of a belt issue with power steering going out from first visit... read more 2 years of a belt issue with power steering going out from first visit, replaced everything under hood associated with belts, thousands of dollars on daughter's car, 7 invoices with power steering being primary problem, new belts, water pump, alternator, battery, all power steering hoses, with the last thing replaced being the power steering pump! I guess after replacing everything else there wasn't much of a choice but the pump, that was the issue from first visit, through the remaining visits! Mangers refusing to accept any responsibility of making a bad decision.. I could go into much detail but given the forum I'm on I won't.. beware! Will try to pull every dollar possible from your wallet, they did cut one bill in half where the power steering HOSES were replaced. 20 year old daughter picked her car up, I was always the one interacting with manager, she was brought into the problem in front of customers with the manger attacking me and the amount of time he had to spend on the phone.. just a horrible experience from beginning to end, from water pump to power steering pump, btw they replaced the steering pump with a rebuilt one without my knowledge? Opened hood and bright orange sticker! In fairness I called the national customer center and the district manager, who I'd had conversations with in past, was instructed to refund the cost of the power steering pump, nothing else, curious? If the pump had been replaced to begin with, would all the other work been needed? Thousands of my daughters money been spent? But they refunded for the steering pump that was the primary problem to begin with.. I'll never return..

They lied about what needed to be done, and they also messed around with the axels towards the rear of the vehicle. Plus they over charge and lied about the amount I owed. This is the worst company in the world, I would suggest not going not even for an oil change. An single women beware because they will try and convenience you that your vehicle is falling apart. My last visit they tried to tell me that I needed stocks for the front of the vehicle. I went to the dealer ship and they said no way their is nothing wrong with the stocks. Midas is the worst.
