Part was delivered, but in the time it took to come in I realized this wasn't the part I needed after all. As soon as it came in I looked on their website for details on how to return the part. It specified I would need to pay the return shipping (completely understandable) and a re-stocking fee of 20% (a bit excessive) on the $286.17 part ( $57.23). I was a bit bummed to learn it would cost me about $80 just to return a part I didn't need, but it was my mistake by ordering the wrong part and at least I would get back the other $200. However, when I called to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order to return the part they told me they won't take back anything electrical. I informed them that I never installed the part, I actually didn't even open the box at all, it sits exactly like it did when it left their store. They didn't care. So they would of made $57 off my mistake and only had to open the box and put the part back on the shelf (which they had in stock to begin with). I would have gladly waited for them to inspect the item to ensure it had not been opened, installed, or tampered with in any way before expecting a refund, but instead now I have a $286.17 paper weight. I buy a lot of parts for my business, but I will never buy from them again. Not only are their re-stocking fees excessive, but they won't even take back a box that hasn't even been opened. Poor business practice in my opinion. Never again, I will buy elsewhere.

Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest
