He said I could go on hold or he would call me back. I said that's fine - give me a call. I said I would come in but I am in Newark, and working. I waited 3 hours and called back. I spoke with Mike again and he said "oh we're so busy let me get back with you on that." Well I waited another four hours and guess what, no call from Mike. So I call again and ask for the sdales manager, he is not there so I end up with Mike again util he gives me to another salesman. This gentleman was very kind and found out what I needed to know. I wish I could remember his name. Anyway Mike put a new perspective on customer service - he's too busy!! It would take a lot for me to ever to do business with people like Mike.

From finding off the wall parts to selling me and my buddys bikesa at a good price. When a lot of the shops were marking Harley Davidsons way way up getting all they could in something I call sticking it to the customer they never did. Lot of my friends and I travel a 100 miles just to get parts. Even if it is only oil filter and plugs. Because they did not rip us off when they could have. So you return it by doing what you can to repay that. Any time they have worked on my motorcycles they were done when they said they would be. If was a problem they would call and say what do you want us to do. Rather than I show up with a $500.00 service bill when just came in for tune up and oil change. Hey they even laugh at my bad jokes. Tim
