The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I ... read more I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I used a rental for the time they fixed my car my wheel bearing was the problem they fixed that and aligned the car I then recieved my car and noticed that my car was veering to the right I called the next day(friday) and I was told that they use lasers to align and the tires needed to be switched and I needed to make an appointment mon or Tues I called back on Monday and they could not get me in then tried to schedule an appointment for sat and was told he was booked for 3 Saturdays so I asked if I drop car off on Thursday use rental till Friday so they can fix their mistake I got no we will have to charge you for rental I just want them to fix the mistake he told me it will take 15mins but I needed to make an appointment to fix their error BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
