     Oh you're thinking of the cost.  Joe and Mike will treat you as Family and will charge the bare minimum; of course you do understand they too need to put food on the table.  So please be kind as you negotiate with them.
     All communication is heartfelt and genuine.  These two great brothers will always look you straight in the eye and speak the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help them God.   
     Yes you are correct, if for some unforseen reason or circumstance something is not quite all right, just kindly consult with Joe and Mike and everthing will be resolved.
