My Audi broke down in Westbury (20 miles from my home and local techs) with coolant leaking from the back of the engine.  

I took a chance and had it towed to WDE.  The guys there, Joe, Leo and Oscar were incredible.  They diagnosed the problem - punctured heater hose in half an hour.  They had to move aside plastic flex hoses that broke due to age - so they had to be fixed too.

Bottom line, from the tow-in @12:30PM on a Tues. to pickup @11AM Wed. they had the car done; parts used were OEM from a reputable distributor, they showed me all the old parts and the job was done by a tech that knew what he was doing!  The price was more than fair.
