They treat their customers like family and will go out of their way to fix your problem and get you back on the road. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.
I just want to say thank you, It's been a long time since i have felt ... read more I just want to say thank you, It's been a long time since i have felt good after having my car repaired, my farther was a diehard sears customer until they screwed up his car, we then started going to pepboy's, not much better, my neighbor said go to mavis, wow what a mistake, i was buying tires the next thing i knew they wanted to sell me brakes front and rear, i told them they were just replaced 8 months ago, then they said my struts were no good and that i needed a bunch of services, i was lucky to get out alive. A co worker sent me to roadside tire, they did the right thing on my car so i went back a couple months later with my wife's car and they took care of me again, its like i am a family member it's really great. that's why i am writing this review i hope it helps some one.
