His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Please don't use the services here at Hamilton automotive center they're a team ofrip off guys. Two days ago they picked up my van from in front of my house its diesel they claim they know about diesel engine BUT ITS NOT TRUE!!!! They charged me $100 to bring it to "rafi" the owner of this shop.they DIDN'T WANT me to come over their repair center until they had checked my van they asked me to Call in an hr which I did they had no idea which van I was talking about then they kept me like that all day calling telling me they weren't sure what was wrong.finally 2 days later they called me to say they need to call a diesel specialist cause they still don't know what's wrong! Then"rafi" tried so badly to convince me to JUNK the van cause is help less! Now they wanted the TITTLE and was upset when I said No! I paid $150 to take the van back to my drive way and $400 to have checked when they tell u its a free estimate!.when rafi came to my house with the towing truck and my van he would park it anywhere near my driveway he left it in the middle of the street I later had to ask neighbors To help me push the van inside not before getting a ticket from the police for blocking the street. They are the worst!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES PLEASE!!!!
