Charged WAY MORE than what the bill should have been for the repairs done. Double the labor price and 4x the amount for the parts installed, than other shops would have charged. Too bad I found this out after the fact!! Look up the reviews on this place on the internet and you ll see exactly what I m talking about!! Don t just take my word for it!! ANYPLACE is a better option than rocky point meineke!!! Charged over $1000.00 for what should have been $400 MAX elsewhere!! Live and learn, NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could have given a negative 10 number for a review, it still wouldn t be low enough!! Do yourself a big favor and pass this place by! If you broke down in front of it and had your car TOWED someplace else, your bill will still be cheaper!!!

As a woman, I have been ripped off so many times, but I have been to this shop several times and the owner told me exactly what I needed. There were times he actually said that it was just minor problem (when I thought that it was major). He could have told me anything and I would not have known the difference. His oil changes are inexpensive compared to other shops and they are very accomodating with their time. I would highly recommend this shop.
