He gave me a thorough list of my vehicles issues and never pressured me into doing any work. We worked through what was important to keep the car going and what could wait for a later date. He has a very clean shop filled with friendly faces that remembered me by name after only meeting once, and most importantly gave a speedy repair that was affordable to keep a young college student on the road! Despite it being near their closing time, they urged me to come straight over and I'm so happy that I did. The customer service was phenomenal, Javier not only changed and cleaned the battery compartment extensively, but discovered my brake and interior light were out, saving me a potential ticket! They topped off my oil and washer fluid and allowed me to watch the process so I could learn it myself. I have never received such excellent service and their pricing was far more than reasonable. I'll certainly be a customer for years to come, and hope those reading give them a try! I promise you won't be disappointing. Thank you Javier and all the staff at Village Automotive!
