From the start he made a very unpleasant situation painless (sending tow truck, we dropped off our rental at his shop & he arranged to get it back to enterprise etc.) and kept us informed the entire way. I was only interested in working with an entrusted Audi factory repair shop and Elrich certainly has rightfully earned their position on that list. My previously smushed car looks better then new, it's clear they take pride in all aspects of their work, with is rare these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elrich to ANYONE! Thanks Rich!
