If they told you they needed your UTV for a "system update" you more than likely did not but a new vehicle but a used demo vehicle. They make it sound nice to pick up your machine, drop it off, 50% off a first service meanwhile they need the mileage off of it so they can get a kickback for seeling a demo vehicle. When trying to get answers from the owner he proceeded to mock and scream at me over the phone. I have recording and paperwork. Its absolutely disgusting they are still in business!
