I took my 1977 Kawasaki KZ 1000 LTD, because I know Casey & thought I would be well taken care of. Boy I was wrong, they did tune it up. I went to pick it up and noticed the right hand cover was gone, and the muffler baffle was gone as well. I went back inside to talk to Casey, and the head mechanic after them seeing the parts were gone we went in an talked to all the mechanics. No one saw it disappear, yes I checked back several time and got the impression they did not give a crape. NEVER a resolution except screw you. Ricky
