Lee Martin (owner) and Ali Gurses (manager) are easy to deal with and will work with you in everyway possible. Lets face it, to have your vehicle damaged is not fun, however, they make the situation easy to deal with and their friendly and pleasant attitude make it relatively pain-free. I would recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day!
