We had a motor break in our window and had to put a piece of plexiglass in and stuck in on with duck tape. When we got the new window installed and took the duck tape off our black paint seemed ruined! We thought we would have to take it to a body shop. Scotties Detailing cleaned it up like it was brand new. We avoided a very high priced fix by taking our car to Scotties. The car is a 2007 Chrysler 300, black with metal flake, one of the hardest paints to clean and make shine without swirls. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were friendly and my God, so quick! They are worth every penney! We are planning to keep our car clean on a regular basis by taking it there. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did on our 6 year old car and making it look showroom new! I give them 10 stars!!!
I recently had an appointment to have my warranty rust proof inspectio... read more I recently had an appointment to have my warranty rust proof inspection and to have window water shields installed. I dropped the car off the day before and had the girl at the desk write on the service ticket that the rain guards were to be installed. I also wrote this info on the service envelope. I also stated several times that I had a funeral to attend the following day and needed the car back by 2 pm. I was told that this would be no problem at all. I received the call that the car was ready and when I got there, not only was the car NOT ready but the water guards were NOT installed. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received at your facility. This is not the first time that I have been called to pick up my vehicle only to wait for 30 minutes or more for it to actually be ready. I think Ziebart is a great product but your customer service leaves alot to be desired.
