It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. When i was referred to Harry at Hy Tech I was expecting the run around and noncommittal explanations I had gotten from other mechanics in the past. This was not the case. His professionalism and the cleanliness of the shop immediately caught my eye. His prices were always more than reasonable and my cars were always taken in a timely manner and completed on time or earlier. After I caved and bought a new car I only have to bring it in for oil changes and regular maintenance. I choose Hy Tech over the dealership. That should say enough. Matt Hladek
