Twin Towers has been my service station/repair shop and especially my fill-up station for more years than I can remember ... I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. I often wonder why it took us so long to find Dawson Motors! They were recommended to us by a friend several years ago for service. We had a few occasions to use their services and we were more than pleased every time! Then I met the Dawson family at a Warwick Chamber Mixer and was even more impressed! The service department is over the top, and they know every customer by name. We just used their sales department and purchased a car. Again, the customer service was over the top and we are more than satisfied! I would highly recommend Dawson Motors for service and sales. I brought my Honda Odyssey in for engine leak diagnosis that turned out to be power steering fluid spilling from hoses. Removing belts and covers to confirm no other issues from leak. Murphy's law or misfortune then led to a couple other unrelated ignition/engine misfire issues. Through it all John was absolutely detailed and forthcoming with what was being done to properly diagnosed and repair the problems which arose while the vehicle was at the shop. John demonstrated commitment and resolve to attack the problem properly. The vehicle is back for family use and working fine. Glad I found Twin Towers. Xavier M.

Saved me late in the day! I pulled in thinking I just needed air top-up on my tires when my tire pressure light went off. But had a nail in the rear tire. They were able to do a permanent patch and send me on my way in about 15-20 minutes! The mechanic was about to go off duty. Kathy M.

I got a flat while driving, Jan's came to my aid immediately. I was so thankful as I was stranded. I called Allstate and they could not come to help me. Thanks God for Jan's they are always there no matter what your situation is. I love you guys.

European Import Repair is by far the best shop I have ever used, and the only shop I will use going forward. They take the time to properly diagnose the problem before repairing, and give you an honest estimate of time and cost. Ralph and his staff are highly skilled and detail oriented, and my cars have never run better. The shop is super clean, very well organized, and fantastic with scheduling.
