I have used them for years and have had nothing but great service.  I know for a fact that they do not have access to personal cell records and are unable to access any account without a social security number.  I would recommend them for  anyone who want personal service and doesn't want to stand in a corporate store as a number.

PLEASE do not use this Company!!!!!!  They are the worst!  They violate your privacy and give out your personal info......including all your cell phone records to people not even listed on your account!!!!  Have complaint in with Verizon's security and I will be filing with FCC and others!!!
