    crooks with smiles,car looks good & runs for couple days then the trut... read more crooks with smiles,car looks good & runs for couple days then the truth comes out & defects,6 months down the line & every minor component that needs replacing or cleaning egr valve,tune up,oil change,brake pads,rotor,air filter,transmission flush,power steering o ring & flush)were done by me & tried to get them to help no go.now the transmission is defective,car wont move & these crooks laugh in my face & say take him to small claims court.Dont waste your hard earned money to help the robbbers!owner will tell you like he did me the paperwork is no good!

We walked around the outside looking at the cars waiting for someone to help us and got no help, we then walked into the office and looked around for 15 min and still got no help. it wasn’t that the employees were busy in fact we were the only people there who was not working, after making eye contact with the 3 or 4 people behind the desk and still got no respond such as a hi or even a smile. I have been to a number of different car dealerships and have never encountered such terrible customer service experience ever. No one cared we were there at all it was as if we were invisible. Finally my dad got upset about the whole thing and we left .I didn’t plan on leaving with out the care I came to find out about but I also didn’t expect to leave angry either.

I had my car towed on March 10, 2011 due to the fact it had stalled out and was having problems restarting. Once it got to Brownell Service it was running and I was told they could not find anything wrong. I brought my car home and a week later the same thing happened and the car was totally dead. Now they told me I needed a new battery. The next day my check engine light and gear box light went on with a slight stall. Still they could not find a problem. The service advisor told me they could not check out what was wrong. I was extremely frustrated and annoyed. I finally found anoher mechanic that works exclusively on Saabs and they said the ignition switch needed to be replaced. My Saab is now running fine.
