On the thirteenth of December of 2019, I bought a truck from Duncan Mo... read more On the thirteenth of December of 2019, I bought a truck from Duncan Motors at 8555 S.Western Blvd. Angola NY. 14006. The truck was a 2009 Ford F-350 Super Duty. It had a Western V- plow on it. It Had an odometer reading of 26,000 miles. The truck looked pretty good , very little rust apparent on the cab or the bed sides. The sales person (Christian Delprince) Informed me that no vehicle ever leaves his dealership that is not in very good condition. Chris also said that the truck had New York state inspection, which he assured me was more thorough than Pennsylvania, which is where I’m from. He said that the mileage was legitimate. By the way the inspection station (Facility Number 7032112) Just happens to be at the same address as DUNCAN MOTORS! I have a small snow plowing business. and did not use the truck this winter until march. On march 19 2020, I brought the truck in for inspection in Pa. the technician told me that the floor of the bed was totally rotted out beyond repair and would not pass inspection. The reason that you could not see this is because there was a brand new bed liner in it. The bed liner was screwed in so you could not see under it. The bed was also screwed into the cab so it wouldn’t drop down. The drivers seat was also broken and had to be replaced. I sent many pictures to Christian and kept him updated on the progress of the repairs. I have Multiple Sclerosis, which is the reason that I couldn’t thoroughly inspect the truck i.e. get under it etc. I have called the company many times. they told me that they would make it good. They continually told me that they would call me back this evening. they never did. Then as time passed, they just stopped answering my calls. I used the last of my savings to get another bed and the labor involved in removing and installing the replacement bed. I still have to have it painted. I’m very upset and wished I had never done business with this deceptive company. Do Not Trust Them!

I don't even know where to start went to give a deposit on a vehicle with the numbers all worked out, then was told I'd have to give another $2,500 down for it work. Got the vehicle with the Tire pressure light on (can't pass inspection like that but was inspected the day before I picked it up). Tires were so bad cost me $248 the next day to balance them, then was told that there were no tire pressure sensors on the wheels. Two weeks later their mechanic had it back and forth for over a week because it needed a new belt, he had it 3 times and I ended up fixing it myself because he said "it still squeals when you start it and I don't know why (he put the belt on wrong). Two weeks later he had it again for an electrical issue, fixed that but left a horrible exhaust leak. A month later had to pay over $800 out of pocket because the fuel tank almost fell off the truck, Chris said id get compensated, now he won't answer my calls or texts. Not even a week later its back in the shop because the O2 sensors are bad from the horrible exhaust leak. It's only been 3 months of having the vehicle and its spent more than a month in shops.

I buy a yukon xl from them to tow a camper , Chris insured me it would be great for it . I drive it a total of 300 miles and had to put all new brake lines on it . 1300 hundred dollars later !!!! No help from them!! Plus it was very dangerous to me and my family! About the which Chris insured me it would be great for towing it MADE IT 350 MILES BEFORE THE FRAME CRACKED !!!!! After Chris change his story and tell me the vehicle was to old !! Wait it gets better !! After weeks of phone calls to Chris and the owner. They tell me to have it looked at, but at the shop they wanted . 125 MILES LATER And weeks more phone calls !! I have given up and I'm GOING TO WARN ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WILL LISTEN TO RUN THE OTHER WAY !!!! PLEASE LISTEN AND DOING WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!!!!!!!! OR TIME!!!!!!!! P.S I'M GOING TO THE BBB AND THE U.S. GENERAL FOR STATE OF N.Y. ABOUT THEM. BUT I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE A F RATING FOR THE BBB AND DON'T NOT CARE !!!! JUST ATFER YOUR MONEY !!!!!! BEWARE!!!
