The person that answered the phone tried to tell me that my ATV model did not exist and then he made it clear that he really could not be bothered. Agree with entry from 8/2012.

Besides being the rudest business person I've ever dealt with in my 48... read more Besides being the rudest business person I've ever dealt with in my 48 years on this planet, he is absolutely worthless as a mechanic. Since he is much closer than my regular mechanic, I figured I'd give him a shot when my boat wouldn't run this spring.......three trips to him, and 600 dollars later, my boat still was leaving me and my family stranded in the middle of the lake. Funny how his work receipts were void of an description, but when I took the boat to my regular mechanic it became obvious why- apparently my plugs were all old, points still dirty (he said he changed one plug and cleaned points the first time)....And apparently, my new fuel pump should have had brackets/filter used from the original, but weren't transferred. This guy is a JOKE!!!!!!
