I had to take it to the Honda dealer. When I did that he was very pissed off. Before I had that repair done he installed a compressor in my Honda that was the wrong one for the air conditioner. It made the car shake and make terrible noise. When I went back to get it fixed he told me to get the f*** out three times. He's extremely hostile. I took the car to Honda to get the air conditioner fixed which they did. When I went back to Ken for refund he only refunded me for the compressor and not the labor. He continued to be ill-tempered and aggressive and told me to act like a white man. Not only did he swear at me but he appears to be bigoted. His temper is out of control. I do not recommend going here unless you're prepared to deal with Ken.

I went inside to pay using my Price Chopper advantage card and my unemployment debit card (they are not accepted at the pump). I have done this at other Sunoco stations and never had to inform them of which grade gas I need. I returned to the pump and realized that the regular grade was selected, my sons 1999 vw jetta needs 91 octane. So I went inside and apologized to him and asked him to switch it to premium. His response was "You have to f&^%$#@ tell me that before you pay, I'm not a f$#$#$# mind reader!" My jaw dropped and I asked if he was the owner, to which he replied "yes, go tell someone who cares". He then proceeded to insult me for not having cash to pay for my gas. I hope his life gets better as he clearly is very unhappy. BTW I SELECTED ONE STAR AS THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS POSTED. HIS SERVICE DESERVES NO STARS AT ALL
I had been using Ken's Auto Service for a few years up until recently... read more I had been using Ken's Auto Service for a few years up until recently. His prices had seemed reasonable and the services appeared to be a good value overall. However, at no point in time was Ken, presumably the owner, a pleasant man to deal with. He was generally contentious and his bedside manner left much to be desired. Suffice it to say that the guy was always in a foul mood and quite obviously had If Yelp o concern for customer satisfaction or retention. I continued to go back out of convenience ce and simply as a result of not being aware of any other decent repair outfit in town. It appears, in my opinion, that Ken may have finally lost his grip on reality and his highly ill-tempered personality may have taken a sharp turn south. I have finally had enough of Ken and his poor attitude, forgetfulness (he never appeared to recognize me despite the fact that I had been in his shop probably once a month for years) and unprofessional behavior. I have seen him treat customers, including me, with disrespect for the last time. If you have to drive 150 miles out of your way to find another repair shop, do it.... You'll be glad you did.
