RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE as fast as you can. I wanted two Monroe load... read more RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE as fast as you can. I wanted two Monroe load adjusting shocks installed in the rear of my Ford Freestar minivan. Online cost was $ 88 for TWO shocks. Here at Monro, they quoted me around $ 400 for the shocks and installation!!! Where in a rational world would TWO rear shocks cost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to install? Even if they marked up the shocks 50% that would make my cost $ 135. That leaves $ 265 FOR LABOR to install two rear shocks in about 15 minutes??? Businesses like this that try to fleece unsuspecting senior citizens shouldn’t be allowed to stay in business.
