It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. Their service is fantastic, their analysis and troubleshooting are superb. They are head and shoulders above any auto techs in the field in my opinion. Our company Intersection has been using S&S for 6 years,and year after year the customer satisfaction is great,and the work being done is excellent!!!
