They take the time to properly diagnose the problem before repairing, and give you an honest estimate of time and cost. Ralph and his staff are highly skilled and detail oriented, and my cars have never run better. The shop is super clean, very well organized, and fantastic with scheduling. Most shops would have done the work regardless and charged us hundreds. I gave a tip because after checking the car out they assured us our car was fine. Thanks Again for dependable honest service.
