I was verbally abused by Linda (older woman) when I eventually spoke u... read more I was verbally abused by Linda (older woman) when I eventually spoke up about having to wait in line for almost thirty-three minutes just to ask if they will be making more coffee soon. Linda was extremely rude to me and yelled at me in front of the long line of customers. The customers kept cutting in front of me in line! I told Linda I was there first standing in line and people kept cutting in front of me! She refused to do anything and told me it's MY FAULT for standing there "aimlessly" when the line was outside the door! I was treated very poorly there and will never go back. One of the other women who worked there, with the brown-hair, apologized for Linda's unprofessional and abusive behavior and bought me a cup of coffee (which was very kind of her & I appreciate that). Linda needs to be fired after that abusive behavior.I didn't even do anything wrong besides waiting in line for almost 35 minutes. then ask about coffee. Fine, I'll go somewhere else & take my money with me!
