They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!

It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. If there were 6 stars, they would deserve them. mike s. Southport, CT
