I paid a lot of money for a ski boat rental. What I received looked li... read more I paid a lot of money for a ski boat rental. What I received looked like a ship-wreck of mostly torn vinyl, broken seats and mold. I was very embarrassed as I rented for my families enjoyment. My wife emailed Pocono Action Sports / Lighthouse Harbor Marina but they only ignored us. I posted pictures of the rental on their website trying to elicit some response which I know they saw. since they deleted them numerous times without any comment. I wish I only received some apology or explanation from them so I didn't have to make this so public!
