Unbelievable that this company could possibly still be in business. I am taking them to court for doing work that was not authorized, and telling me they had to disable my Toyota key To install their own device otherwise I wouldn't be able to get in to my car while it was running?? My Toyota key still works but theirs does not. They refused to give me my keys unless I paid them an extra $162.00 in addition to the $100.00 I had already paid with a deal / purchase from amazon. I would have had them remove the whole thing but I didn't trust that they would have done so without reckless intentional damage! The way I was talked to and treated by the so called manager and owner is totally unacceptable. By the way he refused to give me his name!!!!! Are you kidding me?

Said he would check to see if he could do it and get back to me within a day. Two days later I call him again since he had not called. While on the phone with me he is checking and find out yes he can get the part. Ask how long - he says usually part is delivered over night, he will call me. Three days later after not hearing from him again, I call early Sat morning - he is at a football game needs to get to a quiet area - he'll call me back. Several hours later I called again since he had not - I tried to ask him if he had an estimate of when I could expect to schedule a time to actually have the work done and he nastily said something about he's not the right person for me and hung up on me. Too bad - I like to support local business but was more than happy to go up to Best Buy - where they did it in a day, for same price and very pleasant customer service.
Had my remote starter installed. Horrible service, poor quality. Owner... read more Had my remote starter installed. Horrible service, poor quality. Owner was rude and unprofessional. Ended up removing the whole system and reinstalling it in a different shop. Costly experience.
