This guy is a liar and a thief.

Uses cheap material, very very bad workmanship and only takes cash...had to have legitimate contractor fix everything this guy Ralph did...terrible work, not a legitimate contractor...works out of his car has no shop. Reported him to BBB...

A few weeks ago I saw the guy doing cement work with teen aged kids doing the work, which they messed up really bad...never ever hire this guy...he is not legitimate contractor...
