They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable.
