Tried to solve my problem by selling me another car and keeping mine, rather than finding a cost effective way to fix mine. STAY AWAY - CHARGES MONEY EVEN TO JUST LOOK AT A CAR. After trying to cheat me, I called to say I was coming to pick up the car. Said I could just come get, then held my car hostage for money until I paid a "Diagnostic Fee". TOTAL SCAM - STAY AWAY!
