Went to make a appointment and was scheduled for 2 weeks later and whe... read more Went to make a appointment and was scheduled for 2 weeks later and when I went in for my appointment all the owners son could do was make excuses why he couldn't do the job. I did 26 inch rims on my range rover but I had original 19 inch rims with new tires and new lugs but all the guy could do was make one excuse after the other. It seemed pretty sad for the owners son to just want to work on little cars and just blow off things with bigger rims and tires without rescheduling the appointment because they are scared.

While in Jay, we had issues with a front ball joint, and the car was not able to be driven. This was late on a Saturday afternoon. I called several garages, and no one was able to help us out. I called Central Garage, and Jay calmly assured me he would come out and tow the vehicle to the garage that day, and would have it fixed Monday. I was also very concerned because I had two rather expensive kayaks on top of the car. I called at 10 AM Monday morning, and it was fixed. The cost for the towing and repair was FAR below what we had expected. The service, communication, and professionalism were unprecedented, and I wish these guys lived in my hometown. Can not say enough good things about this garage, and the employees wo... read more Can not say enough good things about this garage, and the employees working there. My wife and I where on vacation, recently towing our travel trailer. On Memorial Day our brakes went with out warning. Jay got us in on Wednesday, they did the repairs while we had breakfast and walked around town. The price was reasonable, same as we would have paid in our area (Camillus, NY). Don't know we would have done. -Chet
