We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8... read more Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8 week of work. they claim to have missed several pieces that needed to be fixed at the first inspection, showing they do not put a lot of work into it. The car failed the inspection even after taking double the time. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.
