They act as a customer advocate, helping you navigate the bumpy path of filing an insurance claim. I had a minor fender bender, but I did not have rental insurance. 1042 went out of their way to speed up the repair so I could get my car back as quickly as possible. They are friendly, fast, and thoroughly professional. I hope I never need to go back, but if I'm ever in an accident I will absolutely go back!
