I continue to be amazed at the outstanding service and support. My 15 ... read more I continue to be amazed at the outstanding service and support. My 15 year old 2005 Ford F150 had developed an intermittent misfire (I thought it was something in the transmission). John was extremely knowledgeable and called me when it was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, as I drove home it became apparent that the problem had not be fixed. I called John immediately and then returned to Arrow. John was so attentive, offered to take me home in order to see first hand what was happening. He took my truck back to the shop and they quickly determined that in addition to the ignition coil, the fireplug needed to be replaced. I am very happy and my truck is happy too. :-) Thank you John and thank you Arrow.
