My worst shop experience! A literal nightmare. I had dropped off my car for the A/C not working right and the radio needed to be reset. I was told after a $357 inspection that it needs routine maintenance and a couple common issues related to my car. I was told the work needed to be done which would cost $6126. I later received a call stating that the motor for the A\C needed to be replaced which would cost an additional $234. Surprising when the total is $7230. Again surprised when my car was dirty, greasy wrinkled paper format, paper number on dash, the trunk had the battery safety cover and CD deck cover thrown loose, I lifted the hood and the inner was unattached. The radio one of the two things I dropped it off for had not been reset. The clear situation that the work done or not is not competent is very concerning. To the point that I'm thinking I need to take it to a different shop for verification of condition and supposed work done. The situation actually left me having a nightmare with pieces missing from my car. After looking at the invoice I noticed I was sometimes charged not just double retail but sometimes double the parts needed. Looking at the labor was no better. My worst shop experience!
