Went there to diagnose an engine that was stalling, which they said needed a transmission rebuild. I left it for repairs. When picking it up I asked to see the broken transmission parts and they said they "couldn’t find them." Within 20 minutes of leaving the shop the vehicle started stalling out again and it had more problems that weren't happening when I dropped it off. Called them and they said it must be "something else" and to bring it back so they could fix it under warranty. I took it back so they could "make it right" as they put it. I was told it was ready and to pick it up at a specific time and day. When I showed up, they weren't open, no one was there and no one answered the phone. Eventually I got it back and it stalled yet again. Took it to another shop and they found a cut engine ground wire within an hour of dropping it off. So much for a transmission problem... A week later I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card from them for services not rendered. Within 2 weeks I found faulty transmission parts on the vehicle that were not from the manufacturer, which is strange considering I've never had any work done on or near the transmission and I bought it new. At this point I am finding sabotaged parts on the vehicle, which is funny considering the Chevy Shop kept trying to buy the vehicle and were extremely upset when I declined. I wonder if they sabotaged the vehicle in hopes of me getting frustrated so I would sell it to them dirt cheap?
