got car washed on 5/1. have reciept. rained on 5/6. called re guarantee for free re-wash. Said I would have to come in today or they could not re wash. I am sick today . they will not honor rewash tomorrow. got ready to go anyway. it is raining outside so what good is it to have car rewashed? I feel I got screwed. Guarantee is not as good as it sounds. customer service stinks. for 20 years I have gone to this car wash, & this location. I will now change to a new company that has been advertising on TV name is Freddie someting. If I could give this a 0 rating instead of a 1 star it would be more accurate!
