LIARS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR QUTOES was told there is a 85$ charge for a mechanic to come out and work on the vehicle and that the 85 goes towards the work they do the "mechanic" who came out said the complete opposite i asked if he was the owner he said no yet he is the ONLY person who picks up the phone so he's lying about his position When i called to ask about their services and what may need to be worked on the car the only thing i was told is that if the transmition or engine needed to be pulled that they could do any work needed The mechanic/owner said the complete opposite Was NOT able to complete the job so the complete experience was nothing but a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE RIP OFF ARTIST BETTER TO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO A REAL MECHANIC THAT CAN AND DOES REPAIR CARS STAY AWAY!!!
I lost my time Today by going to Midas. I had an appointment and after... read more I lost my time Today by going to Midas. I had an appointment and after one hour and a half, they said that they cannot work on my car, not even sure they will the day after. I won't go back to that repair shop.
Went there to diagnose an engine that was stalling, which they said ne... read more Went there to diagnose an engine that was stalling, which they said needed a transmission rebuild. I left it for repairs. When picking it up I asked to see the broken transmission parts and they said they "couldn’t find them." Within 20 minutes of leaving the shop the vehicle started stalling out again and it had more problems that weren't happening when I dropped it off. Called them and they said it must be "something else" and to bring it back so they could fix it under warranty. I took it back so they could "make it right" as they put it. I was told it was ready and to pick it up at a specific time and day. When I showed up, they weren't open, no one was there and no one answered the phone. Eventually I got it back and it stalled yet again. Took it to another shop and they found a cut engine ground wire within an hour of dropping it off. So much for a transmission problem... A week later I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card from them for services not rendered. Within 2 weeks I found faulty transmission parts on the vehicle that were not from the manufacturer, which is strange considering I've never had any work done on or near the transmission and I bought it new. At this point I am finding sabotaged parts on the vehicle, which is funny considering the Chevy Shop kept trying to buy the vehicle and were extremely upset when I declined. I wonder if they sabotaged the vehicle in hopes of me getting frustrated so I would sell it to them dirt cheap? Avoid this dishonest place at all cost!!
