They will tell you they have the part and will get the repair done in 3-4 hours but it s just to lure you in. They ll tell you they did all the tests and give your car back after overcharging you then you ll find out the car is not completely fixed and you re stuck with more repairs. They ll lie and give you all kinds of excuses. I would not recommend them to any friends or relatives.
