If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. It has taken me years to find a guy like this and I travel 50 miles to get my service done by him. A former master mechanic at a large Toyota dealership I dread the day he retires. he is honest - keeps his appointments is thorough in his evaluation and prompt in his service. I recommend appointments but if your in trouble he will go out of his way to help you.
