They have my deposit that I tried to get back but can't since I sign their contract. Now car is still unfixed and my sales person do not return my phone calls and messages. Other managers do not respond as well. And the GENERAL MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON MEETING. How is it possible?

My dad and myself walked into your location CITY WORLD HYUNDAI 3350 B... read more My dad and myself walked into your location CITY WORLD HYUNDAI 3350 BOSTON ROAD BRONX NY 10469 after getting an email saying I would be able to get help in my car search. We walked around the outside looking at the cars waiting for someone to help us and got no help, we then walked into the office and looked around for 15 min and still got no help. it wasn’t that the employees were busy in fact we were the only people there who was not working, after making eye contact with the 3 or 4 people behind the desk and still got no respond such as a hi or even a smile. I have been to a number of different car dealerships and have never encountered such terrible customer service experience ever. No one cared we were there at all it was as if we were invisible. Finally my dad got upset about the whole thing and we left .I didn’t plan on leaving with out the care I came to find out about but I also didn’t expect to leave angry either.
