I went there to get a jump start because my car wouldn't turn back on while I was at the dmv and they charged me $20 for it. Just to give me a jump. I can only imagine how they rob their customers for other things. Never was a customer and defenitely will never be a customer now. Maybe a little bit of compassion would have gained them a customer to see what is wrong with my battery. NO THANKS.

I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and this last tiem an ipod was stolen out of my car. When I spoke to John, he told me too bad i shouldnt have left it in the car. NO LOYALTY to customers at all.
